We are doing Six Sigma Greenbelt and Blackbelt training – we use the Quincunx to cover basic SPC topics, such as common versus special cause variation, but also use it for a variety of other topics. For example, to demonstrate the variability in estimates of Cpk, to help discuss inferential methods, and to demonstrate how the power to detect a critical shift increases as sample size increases.
